Free Cancellation (24+ hours)
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your experience for a full refund. No fees will be charged.
Cancellation (Less than 24 hours)
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the full amount paid will not be refunded. No exceptions can be made.
Modifications
Any changes to your booking (date, time, number of travelers) must be made at least 24 hours before the start time. Changes requested within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
